When we work together one on one, I will carefully curate your unique journey in a step by step process that is sustainable beyond our time together. I ensure that every part of this process is exactly what you will need for your continued growth and evolution. I want you to be the BEST version of YOU.
We will work together to clarify your highest vision or “BHAG” (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals) for yourself, your health and who you wish to be in this world. I then uphold you to that vision and keep you accountable throughout the process (this is often the key to our success or failure)
When we work together, I bring all of my skills, experience and knowledge to your program. This includes 20+ years of teaching and practicing yoga, Ayurveda, habit change science, meditation, visualization, yoga philosophy (and more) healthy cooking and last but not least, coaching groups of people through my transformational year long program. I bring my life experience of working in the crazy industry of film/tv for 25 years, being a mom for 13 years, a wife for 21 years plus someone that knows loss and grief intimately and has experienced my own life transformation because of it.
