Summer Yoga 2025
Hi! I’m Paula
I’m glad we found each other. Here’s a bit about me. My love affair with yoga began in the hustle of New York City, where I moved from Vancouver to chase my acting dreams. In that concrete jungle, yoga became my sanctuary—my peace amidst the chaos.
Over the past 25 years of teaching yoga, I've trained (and been certified) with some incredible mentors and teachers but my greatest teachers have been life's transitions: moving to LA, having my first baby, realizing that paying a nanny to teach a $30 yoga class made zero financial sense, navigating motherhood with a husband who traveled constantly for work, and building my health coaching business while maintaining my own wellbeing. Through it all, I developed a solid home practice, worked with private clients, and discovered Ayurveda—yoga's sister science—which finally gave me the missing piece I'd been searching for.
I think yoga should be accessible to everyone, which is the main reason I’m excited to begin teaching in a beautiful, natural space that is welcoming, easy to access, and free. I hope you join me. xo, Paula
Yoga isn't just what happens on the mat—it's about how we live the other 23 hours of our day. 🌙☀️

YOGA
Are you tired of spending $30 on a yoga class (or $100+ for the whole family)? Perhaps you're curious about yoga but not ready for expensive studio packages, or maybe you already practice but find hot, stuffy rooms uninspiring on beautiful summer days. Our Sunday morning practice in Griffith Park offers the perfect solution—movement, fresh air, and connection with nature in a judgment-free space that welcomes you exactly as you are, whether you've practiced for years or never tried a downward dog.

SELF-CARE
As an Ayurvedic Health and Lifestyle Coach, I see yoga as one beautiful piece of your wellness puzzle—but honestly, what you're doing in those other 23 hours of the day matters just as much. That's why I weave ancient Ayurvedic wisdom into our practice, because these sister sciences together help you understand not just your body, but your whole self.
The way you show up on your mat—do you listen to your body or push through pain? Do you judge yourself or offer compassion?—that's exactly how you're showing up in your life. And here's the thing: how you care for yourself when you roll up that mat and head back into your beautiful, messy, full life? That's where the real magic happens.
These are the conversations that light me up, and they're woven into every class I teach. Because you deserve to feel vibrant, worthy, and truly at home in your own skin—at every stage of life.

COMMUNITY
I created these free Sunday sessions because I believe everyone deserves access to wellness without price tags attached. Whether you're a busy mom, a stressed-out dad, a curious teen, or anyone looking to start your week right—this is your space. There's something powerful about rolling out our mats together in the morning sunshine, supporting each other with nothing but good energy and shared intention. No experience needed, no perfect yoga outfit required—just bring yourself and maybe a friend who could use a breath of fresh air too. Let's make Sunday mornings something we look forward to, together.
